General terms

Installation charges 50 OMR
For early termination or downgrade of the service before end of the contract, 50% of the remaining contract value will be applicable.
(Contract Period in Months – Completed Period in Months) * Monthly Rental * 50%
WFBB Backup line speed will be greatly utilized on the 4G/5G network
WFBB internet backup solution deployment is subject to network feasibility.
Bandwidth on demand upgrade to the next speed anytime for OMR 50 per month. Limited for two times in a year only
Bandwidth on demand add-on service will applicable only for: (100 Mbps, 250 Mbps & 500 Mbps) plans and it will be allowed twice per year only.
Firewall device is owned/managed by Omantel and if the customer terminates the service, the equipment must be returned.
Customers are eligible to have the ability to change twice per year on the firewall policy. Any additional request is to be charged OMR 25 per request.
Subscribers will be offered the highest possible download and upload speed available.
Internal wiring in your building, the firewall configuration on your PC, your location, the type of contents and distance to Wi-Fi and access point will impact the actual speed - Fair Usage Policy applies.
