The service is available under a 12-month contract. In case of contract cancellation, penalty fee(s) shall apply.
Any Additional add-on subscription(s) will be charged as per standard rates.
In case the customer decides to close the contract before 12 months of contract term then they have to pay a penalty fee of 4 OMR on per month basis for the remaining term of the contract.
Add-on packs are optional and customer can pick and chose their favorites to create their our bundle.
