To access the app, you need to download OMANTEL ENTERTAINER from the app store onto your smartphone.

How do I redeem an ENTERTAINER offer from the OMANTEL ENTERTAINER App?

Making redemption through your App is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Here’s how it goes:

  • Tap on the offer you want to redeem.
  • Ask the merchant to enter their PIN.
  • The merchant will then note down the redemption code from the app and apply the discount to your bill.

    • How do I redeem a Travel 2-for-1 offer?

    To redeem an offer at one of our awesome hotel partners, you have 2 options:

  • Use the e-mail icon on the hotels page in the app and send a booking request.
  • Call the hotel directly and advise them that you have OMANTEL ENTERTAINER 2-for-1 offer and would like to make a booking.
  • E-mail the hotel reservations team with your booking request using OMANTEL ENTERTAINER 2-for-1 offer.

    • How many offers may I use at one time?

    A maximum of 4 offers can be used at one time

    I forgot my password. How can I sign in to the OMANTEL ENTERTAINER App?

    If you forget the password for your OMANTEL ENTERTAINER account, then simply click/tap on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the website or App. You will receive an e-mail from us with detailed instructions on resetting your password.
