Mulham Bin Basheer Al-Jarf is having more than 25 years commercial experience in international business and finance, Mulham is currently Deputy President for Investment at Oman Investment Authority. Hewas previously Deputy CEO of Oman Oil Company SAOC and earlier with the Ministry of Oil & Gas (Now, Ministry of Energy and Minerals), Oman Gas Company SAOC, and he also worked at General Telecommunications Organization- GTO (Now, Omantel). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Marymount University and a qualified Barrister at Law of the Bar of England and Wales.

Khalid bin Abduallah Al Khalili holds a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology in the United States of America. He has an early career focused on construction and real estate having previously held various Senior Management positions. He has been responsible for the development of several real estate projects in various sectors; Government, Tourism, Health, Commercial and Residential with a net total value exceeding $500m.
In addition to his responsibilities in Aflag Group, he actively participates through holding management positions in various sectors such as administration, financial, insurance and communications sectors. He is actively involved through his directorships in Finance, Insurance Telecoms .He chairs the Board of Directors of Bank Nizwa SAOG, Al Ahlia Insurance SAOG. Deputy Chairman & member of the Executive Committee – OMINVEST (Oman International Development & Investment Company SAOG). Founder & Chairman – Sumail Development Company SAOC.
Atif bin Said Al-Siyabi is the Chief Information Management at the Oman Investment Authority (OIA) in the Sultanate of Oman. His track record extends to more than 19 years in Information Technology and business transformation. His experiences vary from hands-on experience leading innovative technology solutions and system operations to transforming business operations and driving technological advancements.
He is involved in various investment initiatives in the ICT sector, where he has been leading numerous assignments, devising comprehensive strategies, and delivering several ICT projects at the national level. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Hardware and Networking Technology (Hons) from Coventry University and a Master of Business Administration from Franklin University. He also attained Professional Leadership Development Certificate from HEC Paris
Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Barami is the Quality Assurance Manager at Oman Investment Authority in the Sultanate of Oman. He was Manager of Investment Reports & Data at the Ministry of Finance. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Financial Science from The Sultan Qaboos University. Further has IC3 International Certificate in Internet and Computer Science, and a Diploma in International Accounting from the Netherlands. He has extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, strategic investment and international financial reporting standards. He also represents the Government on the boards and committees of some government companie.
Aimen bin Ahmed Al Hosni is the Chief Executive Officer of Oman Airports. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. He is the Chairman of Oman National Engineering & Investment Company SAOG. The World Governing Board of the Airports Council International named him the President of the Council for the period 2022-2024
Ibrahim Al Eisri is Senior Manager Finance Controller & Investment Operations of Oman Investment Authority (OIA), heading the investment operation of OIA and overseeing the Financial controller function within the organization. With over 16 years of experience in different sectors in Oman: Telecommunication, Oil & Gas and Financial & Investments. Al Eisri is currently Vice-chairman of Rakiza Infrastructure Fund and he’s Vice-chairman of Al Hosn Investment company (HIC).
He is also member of the board of directors of Oman Energy Development (OED), Member of the Income Tax Committee, Ministry of Finance. He holds a Masters in Finance, Oxford Brookes University, UK and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce Major Accounting & Finance, Curtin University of Technology, Perth. He is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Sayyid Zaki bin Hilal Al-Busaidi held the position of CEO of the Institute of Public Administration. He has vast experience in quality management systems, organizational structures and human resource management. He holds a Master Degree in Public Administration from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom. He is a board member of an insurance joint public stock company.
Ishaq bin Zayed Al Maawali is the Investment Manager at the Public Authority for Social Insurance. He holds Bachelor’s degree in finance from Sultan Qaboos University and Master’s degree in Finance from Australia.
Khalid bin Talib Al-Hasani holds Master degree in Audit and Consulting Management in 2005, a Bachelor degree in Accounting in the year 1996, and a Professional Certificate in Internal Auditing (CIA) in 2004. He has more than 26 years of experience in financial management, investment and auditing.
Mr. Talal Said Al Mamari is the Chief Executive Officer of Omantel since 29th June 2014. He has 26 years of experience in the telecom sector working for Omantel. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Talal held several leadership positions and the last one was Chief Financial Officer of Omantel. Talal Al Mamari played an instrumental role in different initiatives and projects carried out by the Company including the IPO in 2005, the restructuring of Omantel by bringing the mobile and fixed operations together, the full legal merger of Oman Mobile with Omantel, the second divestment of Government share in Omantel and leading Omantel team for the acquisition of 21.9% in Zain Group.
Mr. Talal Al Mamari sits on the Board of different Companies and Investment Funds such as Zain Group, Oman Corporate Governance & Sustainability Centre, and Al Amal Fund.
Mr. Talal Al Mamari holds a degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh – Pennsylvania.
Eng. Samy Ahmed Al Ghassany is the Chief Tech & Digital Officer of Omantel. He has been working for Omantel and Oman Mobile for the past 17 years. He has Management experience in telecommunications networks and information technology. He Holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Detroit Mercy, U.S.A.
Dr. Ghalib Saif Al Hosni is the Chief People Officer. He joined Omantel in 1991. Dr. Ghalib holds Doctorate of Management from Webster University, Missouri United States.
Eng. Aladdin Baitfadhil is the Chief Commercial Officer. He brings with him more than 18 years of experience in the Information and Communication Technology sector. Since joining Omantel in 2005, Aladdin has held a number of high executive roles in multi-domain business operations, including network operations, sales, quality control, contact centre, customer service and customer experience.
With a vast array of experience and solid understanding of the dynamics in the telecom sector, Aladdin has played a key role in helping Omantel to increase its footprint locally and tap into the growing opportunities that emerged with the advancement of technology. Besides his role at Omantel, Aladdin is also the Deputy Chairman at Infoline, a leading company in the Information Technology sector.
Aladdin has completed several training courses provided by reputable organizations and universities. He holds two certificates in Disruptive Strategies and Leading with Finance from Harvard University, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University
Mr. Ghassan Al Hashar joined Omantel on March 2021 as Vice President, Finance, bringing on board more than 20 years of vast expertise and background in finance operations, especially as an Investment professional with national and international exposure and a proven track record in managing major assets classes. His area of specialisation extends to equities and capital markets, fixed income and money markets, financial structuring, corporate finance, risk management, valuation and investment research. His industry knowledge covers sectors like Banking, telecommunications, energy, real estate, power and utilities.
Prior to this responsibility, Mr Ghassan was Director of Investment Department at Public Authority for Social Insurance, which he joined as an Investment Officer and deservedly rose up the ranks, managing investments for one of the largest pension funds in Oman.
He served on the Boards of several reputed Omani Public Listed Companies, besides heading their audit, investment, risk and project development committees.
Mr Ghassan holds a MSc in Finance & Investment Management from the University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom besides several certifications from other reputed institutions like Invesco Sovereign Investment Programme Certificate from the University of Cambridge; Certificate in Financial & Legal Due Diligence from George Washington University among several other academic testimonials.
Ms. Taghreed Abdul Fattah Al Lawati is working as a Chief Audit Executive at Omantel since March 2019. She has brought more than 16 years of Internal Audit, Risk Management, Internal Control and Governance experience in the Telecom sector.
Taghreed is playing a pivotal role in the transformation of Internal Audit as a Business and Risk focused Unit with a visible value delivery for Omantel. She has also contributed towards strengthening the ‘second line of defense’ functions for aligned assurance.
Taghreed holds an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire, UK and BA in Accounting & Finance from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK, in addition to a number of certifications of Internal Control Auditor (CICA), Telecom Revenue Assurance, Leadership and Mini Telecom MBA.
Said Al Ajmi is the Vice President Technology & Infrastructure and has 22 years of experience in the telecom sector working for Omantel & Oman Mobile. Said holds Bachelor degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering.
For the past two decades, Lujaina Al Kharusi’s professional journey has seen her straddle the telecommunications industry, actively addressing market deficiencies and advocating for an improved competitive and regulatory landscape. Her expertise lies in the realm of leadership and negotiation, driven by high levels confidence in steering projects, guiding teams, and facilitating discussions effectively.
Currently, as Vice President of Governance, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance, Omantel, she spearheads the implementation of the Governance, Regulatory and Compliance strategy focused on strengthening Omantel's market leadership as the premier operator providing integrated telecommunications services. She also oversees the strengthening of Omantel's relationships with various regulators and other stakeholders in the telecom sector. Being a member of the senior management team, she contributes significantly to the new vision of the company to transform itself from a telco into a technology company.
Lujaina Al Kharusi’s rise to the current position was powered by her impressive performance in different companies in the telecom industry.
She holds a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Brunei, 2004.
Jassim Al Masfari is a dynamic leader in Digital Transformation, recognized for his ability to blend strategic vision with technical expertise. Holding a master’s degree in Software Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, he has successfully led high-impact projects that streamline costs, boost revenue, and cultivate internal talent. His diverse expertise spans IT strategy, artificial intelligence, software development, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement.
Saleem Ahmed Abdullatiff has been working as the Vice President of the Business Unit since November 2023, bringing over 20 years of telecom experience and a decade in electrical and electronic engineering. He held various leadership roles at Omantel prior to his appointment, including General Manager of Enterprise Marketing, where he played a crucial role in meeting business goals. Saleem holds an MSC in Engineering Project Management from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University.
