Terms & Conditions
Tourist pack benefits are valid for 10 days after activation. Sim card validity is for 1 month. The Tourist Pack will only be sold to non-Omani passport holders, including GCC nationals. For passport holders, the visa page must be checked and verified. For GCC ID holders, an original ID copy is required when purchasing the Tourist Pack. Bundled Voice minutes and SMS are valid for National and International destinations.(72 countries). Bundle Data is for local use and not valid while roaming. Upon recharge, all standard Hayyak bundles and tariffs are applicable on Tourist Packs. Customers can re-subscribe multiple times within the pack validity. Fair usage policy applies on non-WhatsApp, which will throttle the speed down to 512Kbps after the consumption of bundle data (2 GB) until plan validity.
