More than 21,000 responses to Omantel customer’s satisfaction survey
Omantel customers have shown great responses to the satisfaction survey launched by the company from October throughout the end of December 2013. The survey aimed to receive first hand feedback from customers which will be invaluable tool to enhance the services rendered to customers. The questionnaire covered areas such as Omantel Outlets, call center and quality of network. More than 21,000 Omantel customers participated in the questionnaire, which was availed at the different Omantel Outlets, Omantel web page as well as Omantel social networking sites such as Facebook and twitter.
Commenting on the great response to the survey, Sarah Khamis Al Siyabi from Omantel Consumer Unit said: “the response to the questionnaire has been very great. This is very clear from the number of participants, which has crossed 21,000. The questionnaire served as an ideal platform through which customers can give their feedback about the many innovative products and services provided by Omantel. It’s comes within Omantel's ' Customer 1st' campaign, which aims at providing customer with better, high quality and effective services.
It also aims at making customer's experience with Omantel unique and not like any other. The company management will analyze the outcome of the survey and will consider the findings while designing and launching its services and products. The inputs by customers will be surely used in enhancing customers' experience and translating Omantel's initiative ' customer 1st' into tangible actions and steps'. She added.
