I have been working at Omantel for almost 14 years now and every year has been filled with exciting challenges and growth opportunities. As a Senior Manager within the Enterprise Business Unit, my major responsibilities are related to Enterprise Billing, Collections and Customer Experience. Working for a large telecom company has a number of benefits, particularly when it comes to training and development opportunities.

I have attended fantastic internal and external development courses and I have always been encouraged to use my talents. I love working at Omantel – the company is very accommodating of all cultures and the work environment is very supportive.

I have been working at Omantel for over 7 years as a team leader in the Finance, Fixed Assets Team. I feel very proud when I say that I work at Omantel, one of the biggest companies in Oman. I thrive in the open office workplace and supportive environment. I was very excited when Omantel accepted my application. It was my first job and I have been working with the company for over 15 years. Today, I am responsible for many HR functions such as: workforce planning, performance management and career planning, rewards and benefits. No day is ever the same and I really love my work.

The projects I’ve worked on have stretched my capabilities and exposed me to many different functions. I was also encouraged to work across all areas of HR, enabling me to strengthen my professional expertise and academic background.
